Set Tiktok Brand Identity

PUT
/api/integrations/ads/connections/:provider_account_id/tiktok-brand-identity

Set the brand name and avatar TikTok shows above ads from this connection.

TikTok requires every ad to name an identity. A TikTok ad account connected without its posting account has none, so this has to be set before the first ad can be created. Saving again creates a new identity on TikTok and replaces the stored one.
